Please find attached the advisory received from the University Grants Commission (UGC) regarding the "Nasha Mukt Yuva for Viksit Bharat" campaign.

As informed by the Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports, the campaign is being organized as a nationwide youth movement towards the vision of a "Drug-Free India by 2047". The programme will be conducted simultaneously at more than 10,000 locations across the country on 2nd August 2026, with active participation from educational institutions, government agencies, spiritual organizations, and civil society. A digital mass pledge-taking campaign is also available through the MY Bharat Portal.

All concerned are requested to take note of the advisory and ensure active participation in the campaign. Students, faculty members, staff, and other stakeholders are also encouraged to take the digital pledge through the MY Bharat Portal.
