Participants are kindly requested to indicate during registration whether they require accommodation to be arranged by the organizers. If accommodation is requested, the applicable accommodation charges should also be paid at the time of registration. Limited vehicle arrangements will be made to commute between the designated hotels/guest houses and IACS during conference days for pick-up and drop-off facilities.
For Faculties Delegates
Limited accommodations near the IACS venue will be arranged (check-in 18/11/26, check-out 21/11/26) for 3-nights at an additional payment of INR 9000 (Single occupancy) (including breakfast)
Alternatively, participants may make their own accommodation arrangements. A list of hotels in the vicinity of the venue is provided below for convenience. The conference organizers have not made any rate contract with these properties.

For Students and Postdoctoral Researchers
Limited accommodations for students and postdoctoral researchers will be available in shared (double-occupancy) rooms for 3 nights (check-in 18/11/26, check-out 21/11/26) at an additional cost of INR 6,000 per person.
In addition to the designated accommodation options, several hotels and guest houses are located within approximately 5–6 km of the IACS campus. Participants may make their own accommodation arrangements at any of these properties or at other accommodations of their choice.
