Designated conference hotels/ guest houses (check-in 1/7/26, check-out 4/7/26, 3-nights)

• Residency Hotel Ballygunge/ Hotel 55B/ The Wise Owl/ EMC Club guest rooms: INR 10000 (Single occupancy)/ INR 6500 (Double occupancy) (including breakfast)

It is mandatory to make the payment for accommodation during registration

Students and post-docs will be provided accommodation in sharing rooms (double occupancy). Limited vehicle arrangements will be made to commute between these designated hotels/ guest houses and IACS during conference days.
Apar from these designated places, there are other hotels/ guest-houses located within ~ 5 km distance from IACS. Participants may make their own arrangements to book accommodation in these properties or elsewhere. Conference organizers have not made any rate contract with these properties.
