The School of Physical Sciences, Indian Association for the Cultivation of Science (IACS), Kolkata, is organizing a one-day conference titled “Recent Trends in Condensed Matter Physics” on 19th February, 2026.

The conference aims to familiarize participants with recent advances in Condensed Matter Physics through a series of invited lectures by eminent scientists, while fostering meaningful interactions and discussions among scientists, students, and researchers working in related areas.

The focus area is emergent phenomena in quantum materials and devices.

The participation in this conference is by registration only.

Student/faculty registration fee includes access to exciting lectures by eminent scientists, lunch, conference dinner, tea/coffee with snacks.
