Indian Association for the Cultivation of Science desires to appoint one Internal Audit Officer (IAO) [UR] on Deputation basis in  the 7CPC Pay Level- 10 plus usual allowances as per Central Government employees stationed at Kolkata.

Classification of Post : Group- A (Administrative)

Qualification & Experience: Graduation with All India Level professional qualification in accounts or audit, like Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Institute of Cost Accountants of India, SAS or equivalent exam, etc. Experience of minimum 3 years as Regular Assistant Audit Officer or in equivalent scale of pay; and a total regular service of not less than 7 years in Government Establishments is required.

Desirable Experience as regular AAO at P&AG Office or in equivalent position in Government, Semi Government organizations or PSUs  may be preferred.

Deputation and Age limit as per Government of India norms.

The candidates who have already applied against Advertisement No IACS/RECRUITMENT/1.2/IAO/01 dated 28.10.2021 satisfying the essential qualification notified earlier will also be considered and need not apply afresh.

The Candidate will have to deal with different audit related (both internal and external) works/affairs of the Institution and any other works that may be assigned to her/him by the Competent Authority of the Association from time to time.

The Institute reserves the right to conduct screening and selection process as per Government of India norms and to consider relaxation of the stipulated criteria in case of exceptional candidate, if considered necessary. No TA/DA will be disbursed for attending the screening test/interview, as and if applicable.
