Indian Association for the Cultivation of Science desires to appoint one part-time Medical Officer (MO) on purely temporary and contractual basis initially for a period of one year. The tenure of appointment may be extended by another 2years on yearly basis, subject to the requirement of the Association and performance of the incumbent.

The M.O. will have to attend to his duties at the Association on all working days, for at least 3 hours per day and to attend emergency cases, if any, in the campus beyond stipulated duty hours. Besides attending to the employees, students and pensioners (self only), he would advise the Institute's Standing Medical Committee  for its smooth functioning, on technical aspects on processing of medical bills and any other matter pertaining to medical aspects of the Association, as and when required.

The applicant should be a registered medical practitioner possessing MCI recognized qualification preferably below 50 years of age. The Association will offer a fixed remuneration between Rs.25, 000/- to Rs.30, 000/- per month depending upon the qualification and experience of the candidate.
