RA-I position in the Department of Materials Science

Applications are invited containing full bio-data for recruitment of one Research Associate (RA-I) in the Department of Materials Science under a CSIR project (Titled: Synthetic mineralization by simple, cost-effective way for permanent removal of toxic contaminants from water; PI: Dr. Sugata Ray), which is related to water decontamination problem. The applicant should clearly write “Application for RA/MS/SR/DST/TM/WTI/2K15/74-2017” on the envelope.

Qualifications & Experience: The candidate should have consistently good academic record with background in Chemistry and/or Environmental Science and/or Chemical Engineering and a Ph.D. degree in related areas. Previous experience in working in the field of water purification through removal of inorganic ions is desirable. Age: Preferably below 32 years, as on 1st January 2017.

Fellowship: As per rules of the Association

Last date for receiving application: 24^th August 2017

This position is for one year initially and can be extended for another six months upon satisfactory performance. The candidate will have no right to claim (explicit or implicit) any post in the institute.
