Senior Research Fellow (SRF) position in the School of Applied & Interdisciplinary Sciences

Applications are invited for recruitment of one Senior Research Fellow (SRF) in the School of Applied & Interdisciplinary Sciences under the supervision of Professor Somobrata Acharya

Essential Qualifications:

(a) Candidates should have M.Sc. degree in Chemistry with 55% marks both in B.Sc.(Hons.) and M.Sc. examination along with a good overall academic record.

(b) Candidates with NET/GATE qualification will be preferred.

Desirable Qualifications: Research experience in nanomaterials synthesis

No. of position: 01 (One)

Fellowship: As per institute rules.

Nationality: The applicant must be an Indian citizen.

Duration: 2 years or completion of the research work, whichever is earlier.

Selection Procedure: Applicants will be shortlisted on the basis of merit. Only shortlisted candidates will be communicated via email and called for an interview for the final selection.

The position is purely temporary and a candidate will not have any right to claim (explicit or implicit) to any post in the institute. No TA will be admissible for attending the interview.
