Name of the post: Research Associate

Number of posts: 1 (one)

Tenure: Project start date is 01-April-2021. This position will be offered initially for six months and can be extended till the end of the project tenure (total 36 months) subject to (i) the recommendation of the research advisory committee based on the performance evaluation at every six-months interval and (ii) the continuation of the project till the end of the tenure. The position is purely temporary and candidate will have no right to claim (explicit or implicit) any post in the institute.

Eligibility criteria: PhD in any branch of Chemical Sciences.

Desired research experience: Candidates having research experience in polymer synthesis, self-assembly and photophysical properties will be preferred for the post as per the project criteria.

Fellowship: As per the Agreement between Wacker Metroark Chemical Pvt. Ltd. And IACS.

Date of Interview: Tentatively in the second/ third week of April, 2021. Applications will be sort listed based on the past academic record, publication record and suitability of the past research experience of the candidates for the specific project.
