Applications are invited for the position of Research Associate-I (RA-I) in the SERB funded project entitled "Tuning Reactivity and Selectivity in Bioinspired Oxidations Catalyzed by Nonheme Iron Complexes" (File No. CRG/2019/006393) in the group of Prof. Tapan Kanti Paine, School of Chemical Science, Indian Association for the Cultivation of Science. The applications will be shortlisted based on academic credential and research experiencesupported by publications in peer-reviewed journals. Shortlisted candidates will be requested to appear for an online interview in the first week of October, 2020. The exact date of online interview will be communicated to the shortlisted candidates only.
Essential Qualifications: The candidate should have a PhD degree in Chemistrywith experience in bioimimetic/bioinspired inorganic chemistry or bioinspired catalysis. Candidates who have submitted their PhD thesis are also eligible to apply but their final selection will be guided by the rules of IACS.
Emoluments: The position is purely temporary. The fellowship amount of will be as per government rules.
