A Walk-in-Interview will be held in the School of Biological Sciences, IACS on January 7, 2020 at 3.30 p.m for the recruitment of one Research Associate-I fellow. 

Interested candidates with the following qualifications are required to appear along with a full bio-data.

Essential Qualifications:   Candidates must have (a) a Ph.D. degree in Organic Chemistry in the sub area of lipid synthesis and (b) Minimum average marks of 60% in B.Sc. and M.Sc. degree.

Experience    : Preference will be given to the candidates having experience in organic synthesis in lipid sub-area in the above-specified area supported by publications in peer-reviewed journals. 

No. of post      :  One (1)

Duration         : Initially for 1 year which may be extendable up to 2 years

                                           based on satisfactory performance.                                 

Age limit         : 32 years. Age relaxation is applicable as per Govt. of India rule.

Emoluments   : A selected candidate holding a Ph.D. degree at the time of joining will receive the fellowship of the RA-I position from the date of joining (Rs. 47,000/- + HRA as per the rules of IACS).               

The post is purely temporary and it would, therefore, not confer any right/claim implicit or explicit for any attending the interview. No TA/DA will be admissible for attending the interview.
