Applications are invited from Indian citizens for the Research Associate-I position in the School of Mathematical and Computational Sciences, Indian Association for the Cultivation of Science, Kolkata, India.

Educational qualifications: The position requires the following educational qualifications:

1.  A Ph.D. in Computer Science from a recognized university or institute (preferably in the area of robot motion planning, algorithms for swarm of robots, system modeling and verification).

2.  A minimum marks of 55 percent in B.Sc./B.Tech. OR M.Sc./M.Tech.

Emoluments:  As per rules of the Institute.

Duration: Initial appointment will be for one year, subjected to extension to two or more depending on the review of the candidate’s performance.

Candidates who have submitted their Ph.D. thesis and are awaiting award of the same may also apply subject to receiving their Ph.D. degree. Such candidates are eligible to draw fellowship at par with RA only after their Ph.D. degree.

9 December 2019. Candidates should bring their CV, original/self attested mark-sheets and degrees from class X onwards.
