Applications are invited from Indian citizens for the Research Associate-I position in the Department of Solid State Physics, Indian Association for the Cultivation of Science.

Duration: Appointment for six months.

Essential Qualifications:

The candidate should have obtained his/her Ph.D. degree in the field of experimental condensed matter physics. Those who have submitted his/her thesis and waiting for the degree will not be considered. The candidates should be below 32 years of age and should have M.Sc. in Physics with at least 60% of marks. Candidate should have knowledge in structure, dielectric spectroscopy and transport properties of mixed network former glasses.

The position is purely temporary and the candidate will not have any right to claim (explicit or implicit) to any post in the institute.
