An Walk-in Interview will be held at the Department of Organic Chemistry on November 29, 2017 at 11.00 am for recruitment of Research Associate-I. Interested candidates with the following qualifications are required to appear with a CV (mentioning e-mail address, contact number, permanent residential address, publication list, two letters of recommendation letters and Xerox copies of all certificates).

Essential Qualifications:
A candidate should have preferably first class or a high second class B.Sc. & M.Sc. degree in Chemistry with a minimum average of 55% and Ph.D. degree in Organic Chemistry/ submitted Ph. D. thesis (proof of submission of thesis) in the sub area of organic chemistry. Preference will be given for candidates with research experience in the area of synthetic organic chemistry supported by publications in peer reviewed journals, familiarity with usual product characterization techniques including chromatography and spectroscopy.
Tenure of Fellowship : Initially for one year.
The position is purely temporary and the candidate will not have any right to claim (explicit or implicit) to any permanent post in the Institute. No TA will be admissible for attending the interview.
