The solar energy harvesting has the potential to make a large contribution for solving the problem of energy crisis which demands high performance light harvesting devices. The ever-growing technology insists to reduce manufacturing and processing costs as well as improve device efficiencies over traditional semiconductor platforms. Our research interest is to fabricate novel nanoelectronic devices which include light harvesting devices such as photo detectors, photo transistors and solar cells. Our group's main aim is not only focus on fabrication of novel nanoelectronic devices but also realizing viable applications towards commercialization.
Open Positions: Interested in joining us? Wonderful! You can be part of our group if you - are a MS student (for your 1 year project), are a post graduate (as a PhD student or Projecct student), have submitted your PhD thesis (as a Postdoctoral Fellow), Email me details of your motivation and CV, (mallik2arjun@gmail.com)
