Our group is currently working on:
Position-controlled growth of InGaN based quantum dots and nanocolumns using patterned substrates and selective-area growth followed by the self-aligned epitaxial growth of metal nanocrystals on these InGaN quantum dots and nanocolumns for LEDs, tandem & intermediate bandgap solar cells.
Metal/Semiconductor Interface, Surface Physics, and Nanostructures
Water splitting and hydrogen generation using nanostructures
Sensors based on semiconductors (III-V, Si, Oxides) and carbon nanostructures.
Ph.D. (with JRF/SRF/INSPIRE fellowship) and Postdoc Positions are available.
