Our group is currently working on:

  • Position-controlled growth of III-nitride nanostructures on Silicon

  • Developmnet of the facile industrial scale synthesis process for various materials (2D Materials, Oxides, Carbides, MXenes, Nitrides)

  • Fundamnetal Understnading of charge transport, electron-phonon interaction, tailoring of exciton life-time using DFT simulations 

  • Photo/Electrochemical Water splitting, CO2 reduction and Supercapictors 

  • Broadband Optical Self-powered, Stable and Transparent Photodetectors 

  • Magneto-tunable devices
